I came to Nicola with a very hard and swollen lymph gland in my right groin area. It has been swollen for about a month and I was unable to get it to release on my own. The work that Nicola did was very gentle and relaxing, but also very powerful in that it got my lymph to totally release within 2 days of the treatment! Part of the success, I believe was the education she gave me to about the lymph system, in general, and also how to work with oils and massage to support my continual healing.
