Infant Massage

Infant massage has physiological and psychological benefits for babies and their caregivers.  It helps to stimulate a baby’s physiological systems, aids with relaxation, can provide relief, especially with colic and helps with interaction.

As a certified Infant Massage Instructor and a member of the International Association of Infant Massage, I am able to teach parents and caregivers of infants a massage routine to help promote nurturing touch and improve the communication between caregiver and child. The lessons are taught over a 5-6 week period in either a group or private setting.
